How to add the WLS Discord bot?

To get started, you need to click on your name in the top right corner and go to Discord Settings.

  • Please make sure you have Manage Server, Administrator or Owner permissions on the Discord server where you want to add the bot.

Bot Invitation​

Invite Bot

By clicking on your Discord server logo, click the Invite button. Clicking this button will open a Discord authorization window to allow you to authorize the bot to join your server with the requested permissions. The bot will join your server and create its role.

Discord Authorization

When the bot has joined your Discord server, this window will appear. Please choose a role of your choice that will automatically assign this role to all users who have a WLS account linked to Discord.

Discord Config

Gives a role to your Discord users if they are linked to their WLS account.

  • Please note that you can modify a server configuration once per day.

  • Please make sure that the WLS role (which is the one automatically assigned to the WLS bot) is higher than the role you want to assign.
